Course content
Lesson text, instructional scripts, slides, microlearning, training manuals and supporting materials, with learning objectives kept clear.
Multilingual learning experiences
E-learning localisation for courses that need to teach, engage and make sense across languages. We adapt instructional content, assessments and multimedia while preserving the intent of the learning experience.
Courses with interactive, multimedia or platform-specific requirements are quoted individually after file review.
More than translation / 01
Training is effective when learners understand not only the words, but what they are expected to do with them. Poorly adapted instructions, unfamiliar examples or a misleading answer option can change the meaning of a lesson.
PangeaVox approaches e-learning as connected content: narration, on-screen messages, interactive tasks, feedback, terminology and layout must work together in the target language.
Explore our translation workflowOur scope / 02
Build a consistent multilingual learning experience across written, visual and interactive course elements.
Lesson text, instructional scripts, slides, microlearning, training manuals and supporting materials, with learning objectives kept clear.
Question stems, answer options, feedback, scoring-related wording and branching instructions, checked for meaning and ambiguity.
Navigation, buttons, tooltips, course notifications and learner-facing interface strings, adapted for clarity and text constraints.
Narration scripts, subtitles, closed captions and multilingual voice-over or dubbing scoped to the original media and timing.
Labels, charts, diagrams, screen recordings and slide-based visuals, with text expansion and layout needs considered.
Review of rendered screens for terminology, truncation, navigation cues, quiz language and synchronisation issues.
Designed for learners / 03
The right localisation decisions depend on the people taking the course, their language and market, the subject, and how the training will be delivered.
Preserve learning objectives, procedural steps, answer logic and the meaning of feedback.
Review examples, imagery and local conventions where adaptation is needed, without changing the learning goal.
Align key terms across lessons, slides, captions, assessments and related documentation.
Address text expansion, on-screen readability, subtitle timing and accessibility-related content against the agreed specification.
Delivery approach / 04
Our workflow is tailored to content risk, technical constraints and the final environment in which the course will run.
Review source files, target markets, course structure, multimedia and the proposed delivery format.
Confirm terminology, style, references, reviewer roles and the preferred localisation approach.
Translate and adapt text, assessments, subtitles and any agreed media elements.
Check content accuracy, displayed text, learner-facing cues and any agreed functional test points.
Deliver agreed files and QA findings, with a clear approach for future course changes.
Files & platforms / 05
We can assess projects created with common authoring and learning platforms, including Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, H5P and Moodle. Supported import, editing, integration and repackaging steps depend on the actual files and scope.
SCORM and xAPI: These describe course packaging and/or learning activity tracking, rather than translation-ready source formats. If a course must be repackaged or tested in an LMS, we will review those requirements separately before confirming the quote.
Where it fits / 06
From a short onboarding course to an extensive learning library, our service is structured around the content and the audience.
Selected client project / 07
Confidential client · Large international company
PangeaVox completed a multilingual project for a large international company, translating its internal employee training system into five languages.
Our scope also included software testing of the training system. This project combined the translation of a working corporate learning environment with a separate software-testing workstream.
Questions answered / 08
Have an unusual format or an existing course that needs updating? We can review the source materials before agreeing the workflow.
Talk to a ManagerTranslation is part of it. E-learning localisation can also include adapting examples, assessment language, audio, on-screen layouts and the learner experience for the target market.
We assess the source and available exports first. Translation-ready files and an editable project make localisation more reliable. Rebuilding packages, resolving interactions and LMS testing are scoped separately rather than assumed to be included.
Yes. Narration scripts, subtitles and multilingual dubbing or voice-over can be included in the scope. Please supply the source video, script or subtitle files and any timing requirements where available.
The price depends on languages, word count, multimedia duration, file format, interaction complexity, quality checks and the delivery deadline. E-learning course localisation requires an individual quote; standard document-translation calculator rates do not automatically cover course rebuilding or multimedia production.
We can include accessible wording, caption content and agreed accessibility-related checks in the localisation scope. Legal, regulatory and technical conformance testing must be specified and validated separately; localisation alone does not certify compliance.
Start with a project brief and any supported documents. Native authoring files or packaged course archives may not be accepted by the standard website upload forms. We will confirm a suitable transfer method before requesting these files.
We can organise updates using terminology and previous bilingual assets where available. Share the changed source files or a comparison report so that new material, affected interactions and any revised media can be assessed.
