3. Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies support functions such as website security, authenticated sessions, form submission, CSRF protection and storage of your cookie preferences.
They are used without optional-cookie consent because they are required to provide the requested website functionality or to remember your privacy choice.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to improve content, navigation and performance.
Google Analytics is optional. It is loaded only after you consent to Analysis & Performance through the cookie banner or Privacy settings tool. If you reject non-essential cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, session information and interaction data. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Further information is available from Google's business data privacy information and Google's cookie information.
5. Withdrawing analytics consent
You can change your analytics choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer or the button below.
When analytics consent is withdrawn, future Google Analytics loading is disabled. The website also attempts to expire recognised Google Analytics cookies. You can additionally delete stored cookies through your browser settings.
6. Embedded video and third-party media
The home page contains a Vimeo background-video embed and the About page contains a YouTube embed using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain.
These services are not used by PangeaVox Translation for advertising. The Vimeo player uses the dnt=1 parameter and the YouTube video uses youtube-nocookie.com to limit tracking. These settings do not necessarily prevent the third-party provider from receiving technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser information and device information, when the embedded player is requested.
The current website implementation treats these embedded players separately from Google Analytics consent. Your browser, privacy extensions or network settings may allow you to block third-party media requests.

7. Marketing and advertising technologies
We do not currently use dedicated advertising or remarketing technologies such as Google Ads conversion or remarketing tags, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag on this website.
If we introduce non-essential marketing technologies in the future, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before they are used where consent is required.
8. Cookie and local-storage retention
Retention depends on the technology and provider. Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted.
Our consent preference is retained in local storage until you clear it or the website changes the consent version. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to 2 years unless configured for a shorter period.
9. Managing your choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics through the cookie banner and can change your choice later through Privacy settings.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the core website. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website functions.
10. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the website, consent controls, third-party services or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
